These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through AuroraSparkTT.com and to custom products ordered through Aurora Spark TT.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you during the ordering process. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payments Policy and Exchange & Returns Policy before completing your purchase.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, materials, colours and prices are accurate. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and minor variations may occur where reasonably disclosed.

Please review the product description, available sizes, specifications and any applicable care instructions before ordering. If you need further information, contact us before completing your purchase.

All product prices are displayed in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD), unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable product price, delivery charge and any other disclosed charges will be shown before you submit your order.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Any additional payment-provider fee must be clearly disclosed before the customer commits to payment.

Where applicable, taxes will be shown and charged in accordance with Trinidad and Tobago law. Aurora Spark TT will not represent itself as VAT-registered unless it is properly registered.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We will send an order acknowledgement to the contact details supplied.

The acknowledgement will identify the items ordered, prices, delivery charges, payment status and relevant delivery information. Where an order requires further confirmation, such as a custom quotation or production proof, we will explain the next steps.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and explain the available options, including a refund where payment has already been taken and the order cannot be fulfilled.

Product availability may change. We will not knowingly continue to advertise an item as available when we cannot fulfil the order.

If a stock or fulfilment issue arises after payment, we will contact you to agree on an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Delivery methods, estimated delivery times, applicable charges and order-processing arrangements are described in our Shipping & Payments Policy and at checkout.

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate. If a delay or fulfilment issue arises, contact us with your order number.

Delivery estimates do not remove any applicable obligations or rights under Trinidad and Tobago law.

Our Exchange & Returns Policy explains how to request an exchange, report damaged or incorrect goods, and seek an appropriate remedy.

Any exclusions for change-of-mind returns, including those relating to intimate apparel or custom products, do not remove any rights that apply to defective, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Custom orders may require a quotation, design proof, deposit and written approval before production begins. The applicable price, deposit, balance, production estimate and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before the order is committed.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, names, dates, sizes, colours, wording and other supplied details in the final proof.

If Aurora Spark TT makes a production error or supplies an item that does not conform to the agreed order, contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Custom products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where lawfully excluded. This does not remove any applicable rights relating to defective or incorrectly produced goods.

You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use artwork, photographs, logos, names and other material supplied for a custom order.

You grant Aurora Spark TT permission to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to quote, design, produce and fulfil your order, and to provide associated customer support.

We will not use your custom artwork for unrelated promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

Website text, branding, graphics and original materials belonging to Aurora Spark TT may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Customers retain ownership of material they own, subject to the limited permission required to fulfil their order. Third-party intellectual property remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
